Conditions of Payment
The cost of your reservation is calculated based on the rates given at http://flva.ca/rates/. All rates are inclusive of 13% sales tax.
A 20% (non refundable) deposit is required at confirmation of reservation the remaining balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
We accept payment in the form of checks in Canadian or American funds. Checks are to be mailed to:

Please note a departure cleaning fee of $73 (incl. local taxes) will be charged upon check-in at the Resort.
A credit card imprint will be taken at check-in at the Resort of $200 against damages.
If there is a rate which starts on March 1, on years where February has 29 days, the night of February 29 will be charged at the March 1 rate.
Conditions of Your Stay
You may check in from 4:00pm on your selected check-in date.
You must check out before 10:00am on your selected check-out date.
There may be rules and regulations provided by the resort to which you must adhere during your stay.
